NBC’s TODAY Show
Production Intern (Jan 2021 - present)
Victoria’s day-to-day responsibilities as a TODAY intern include finding and clearing user-generated content for segments by searching all social media platforms and NBC affiliates and researching upcoming TODAY guests and writing questions for interviews. Victoria also assists with production for the virtual My TODAY Plaza, builds music cue sheets for segments, logs and transcribes interviews and records interviews with guests for talent and producers.

WUFT News (PBS station/UF’s news station)
Producer & Reporter (Aug 2019 - present)
Victoria is currently a producer for WUFT News’ First At Five newscast which airs across 16 counties in North Central Florida, and she is also a reporter for WUFT.org.
During her time at WUFT News, Victoria was also a digital reporter/producer, an anchor/reporter/producer for Noticias, WUFT’s weekly Spanish-language Facebook Live newscast and produced “Conquering the Crisis,” a news special covering the challenges 12 countries faced amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
NBC News Partnerships
Intern (June 2020 - Dec 2020)
As a News Partnerships intern, Victoria assisted a team of producers to localize network reporting to NBC’s 200+ local stations. She was responsible for tracking which and how many of NBC’s local stations used content from TODAY, Nightly News with Lester Holt, Dateline and Meet The Press. Victoria also sent out social media pushes to all stations and logged how many reposted and shared NBC News content. She also co-produced live crosstalks between NBC News anchors/correspondents with local affiliate content and pitched local stories produced by stations to the Nightly News social media team.
TeleXitos
Intern (June 2019 - Aug 2019)
Victoria was an intern for TeleXitos, a Spanish language multicast network owned by NBCUniversal. There, she wrote and edited promos for movies and TV shows on Adobe Premiere Pro. Victoria also handled all social media accounts for the network. Since TeleXitos’ headquarters are housed at WTVJ, Victoria would also spend her time shadowing and assisting anchors, reporters and producers, and writing, shooting and editing social media packages for NBC 6 In The Mix.
NBC’s 2019 Democratic Debate
Production Runner (June 2019)
Victoria was a production runner at NBC/MSNBC/Telemundo’s Democratic Debate in her hometown of Miami, FL. There, she assisted producers in Spin/File room by organizing seat charts for all press and by facilitating movement across the arena. Victoria also escorted NBC & MSNBC talent for live shots and prepared and organized dressing rooms.
Inter Miami CF
Media Intern (June 2018)
During her time as a media intern for Inter Miami CF, Victoria assisted the promotions team during the launch of the new soccer team. She and a production crew shot and edited broll for promotional packages.
CCNN Live Summer Institute
Camp Counselor (June 2018)
Victoria was a camp counselor at a journalism summer camp for Christopher Columbus High School’s broadcast program. There, she taught students from grades 6-8 how to anchor hard news, political news, sports and entertainment.
